Derek M. Norred – Associate
Managing Director / Construction & Development Lending
Mr. Norred has eight years experience in the Atlanta banking market. He has worked in many areas of banking cultivating relationships with small to medium sized businesses. Prior experience includes retail branch management, relationship banking and business banking.
After joining The PrivateBank in 2002, Mr. Norred brought his experience to the construction lending division of the Bank. His portfolio includes large tract builders, custom home builders and residential land developers.
